Draft Housing Element Available

The City has recently completed an update of the Housing Element of the City of Yuba City General Plan which is now available for public review and comment. The purpose of the Housing Element is to identify and analyze existing and projected housing needs in order to preserve, improve and develop housing for all economic segments of the community.

The public comment period will close on May 13, 2008.

Yuba City Centennial Celebration

The City of Yuba City is turning 100! Yuba City was incorporated as a city on January 23, 1908. To celebrate, the city, as well as various service organizations and businesses will be hosting events throughout late 2007 and into 2008.
