Phases I & II are complete; Plumas Street and all side streets are paved and open from Bridge Street to Church Street and Phase III is progressing well.
The 2-step curbs are done and sidewalk replacement along the east side will be finished the first week of August. Demolition and replacement of the sidewalk on the west side will follow.
Trench drains will be installed this month and the remaining six palm trees will be arriving mid-August. We also have some work coming up in the next couple of weeks at the intersection of Plumas and Hwy 20 which involves Caltrans and will require night work with traffic control impacts.
We’re in the final stretch with substantial project completion targeted for October 2008!!
