03/08/2010: Lamon Construction has completed demobilizing the State Route 99 boring equipment, installing the 2 water pipes in the State Route 99 casing pipe, and installing the 2 water pipes between Gilsizer Slough and State Route 99. Lamon Construction also has commenced backfilling the State Route 99 bore pits. During the next 3 weeks (weather permitting), Lamon Construction will complete the backfilling of the pits, flush and test the water lines, install temporary paving west of State Route 99, and commence installation of a 14-inch waterline from State Route 99 to Phillips Road. Lincoln Road is currently anticipated to re-open by the end of March, weather permitting.
02/22/2010: Lamon Construction has completed installation of the 72” diameter casing pipe under State Route 99. During the next 4 weeks (weather permitting), Lamon Construction will demobilize the boring equipment, install the 2 water pipes in the casing pipe, backfill the pits, and install the 2 water pipes between the Gilsizer Slough and State Route 99 pits. Lincoln Road is currently anticipated to re-open by the end of March, weather permitting.
02/08/2010: Lamon Construction continues to work on the SR99 crossing.
01/11/2010: Lamon Construction has completed the 14” water line installation between Walton and Buchannan. They have also completed the Gilsizer Slough crossing. During the next couple of weeks they will install water services and continue working on the SR99 crossing.
12/28/2009: Lamon has completed the 14” water line installation between Walton Avenue and Crest Drive. They have also completed the Gilsizer Slough crossing. During the next couple of weeks they will complete the 14” between Crest and Gilsizer Slough and continue working on the SR99 crossing.
