Yuba City Parks and Recreation Department and the Yuba City Downtown Business Association are proud to bring to our community, the 10th Annual Cultural Celebration.

The Cultural Celebration occurs on September 13, 2008 at the Yuba City Town Center. This is a celebration of ethnic traditions and diversity through food, arts and music. Experience a variety of tantalizing ethnic foods, entertainment, vendors displaying unique arts, crafts and clothing from around the world.
