Trip Refund Policy
Trips that include ticketed events
will only be refunded if notification
is received 7+ days in advance, the
spot can be filled and it does not
drop the trip below the minimum
number of participants needed. All
other trips will be refunded at the
discretion of the department and
are subject to a $5 administration
fee per trip per person.
