Neighborhood Parks
Neighborhood parks are a combination playground and park with fairly intensive development that affords family oriented recreation activities. Smaller in size from Community Parks, Neighborhood Parks are central to the area intended to serve, with unstructured open areas for activities such as soccer or frisbee and structured children's play equipment. The City of Yuba City is proud to offer thirteen attractive Neighborhood Parks:

Bogue Park
Bogue Road/east side of Garden Highway: Small open play area with tot lot play equipment.

Greenwood Park

Kingwood Park
Located on Gray Avenue between Butte House Road and Charlotte Avenue, this 4.21 acre park features children’s play areas for both 2 – 5 and 5 – 12 year olds, and a large open play area.

Lloyd Park
Located on Bridge Street between Fippins Avenue and Hughes Avenue, this 1.63 acre park features a children’s play area for ages 5 – 12 years, picnic tables and a large open play area.

Regency Park
Located on the corner of Stabler Lane and Parc West Drive, this 5.66 acre park features children’s play areas for both 2 – 5 years and 5 – 12 year olds, a participatory water feature, elevated shade structure with picnic tables, parterre garden, concrete sidewalk around the park perimeter 1/3 of a mile in length, and a large open play area. |
