Corridor Theme

The master plan aims at highlighting and incorporating the geographical, rural, and agricultural setting to celebrate Yuba City's character and culture.

Corridor Components

The master plan will focus on creating an entry to the corridor by utilizing Primary Gateway monuments at the intersection of highway 99 and Highway 20 on the west and at the off-ramp to Sutter Street on the east side by the Feather River (10th St.) Bridge.

Major street intersections along the corridor would receive Secondary Gateway monuments to help emphasize the corridor identity.  Gray Avenue, Clark Avenue, Live Oak Boulevard, and Plumas Street have been identified so far as major street intersections.
